Se Piangi, Se Ridi

from The Cheese Stands Alone by Mark Lint

/

about

Perhaps as far back as 1998 or perhaps as late as early 2000, I was contacted based on my mp3.com page by someone in Italy looking to fill out a roster for a CD her mother (?) was putting together of songs popularized by Bobby Solo, so on visiting Steve Petrinko in Ann Arbor, I used his instruments and his drumming to lay this down. The person who commissioned it liked it a lot and said I was in, but then I never heard anything else about it, so I had this song in Italian learned and nicely recorded with nothing much to do with it.
